摘要
讨论了平滑和二值化方法,提出一种改进的适合汽车牌照图像自身特点的去噪及二值化方法.该方法将平滑和二值化结合起来,对螺丝钉、大污点、牌照边框、字符分割不当等引起的噪声非常有效,为正确的特征抽取提供了保证.
Make a discussion about smoothing and binary-conversion of image.An improved method of smoothing and binary conversion is proposed to adapt the characteristics of the license plate. Smoothing and binary-conversion is combined in this method which has good effect on the yawp caused by screw, big blot, the margin of the plate or the improper segmentation of the character in the image. It also assure the veracity of feature extracting.
