摘要
改进了固定床和反应精馏合成环己烷的方法 ,提出了反应器与精馏塔外耦合的新方法。对其进行了理论分析 ,并通过间歇和连续实验加以验证。结果表明通过新方法不仅能获得高纯度的环己烷 ,而且克服了传统方法的不足 ,显示出具有流程短、热量直接利用率高、操作稳定性好等优点。该方法尤其适应于强放热及受平衡控制的反应 。
A set of coupling reactor and distillation column to synthesize cyclohexane was put forward. The operative process was theoretically analyzed. Outcomes of batch and continuous experiments showed that the new method not only could produce cyclohexane with high purity but also overcome the disadvantages of traditional methods. Also, it could shorten flowsheet, increase heat utilization and improve operative stability in comparisons with the traditional methods. It was particularly applicable to strongly exothermic reactions and reactions restricted by the reactive balance. Brilliant prospect would appear when it was applied to the systems with reactants and products forming azeotrope.
