摘要
某化工企业发生一起化工管道爆燃事故,通过生产工艺分析、破口的宏观检查、材料化学成份分析、力学性能试验、断口的能谱分析以及微观金相等技术分析,发现事故的主要原因是管道发生连多硫酸应力腐蚀,导致管道开裂物料外泄遇空气燃烧而引发事故。根据技术分析,为该化工企业的生产提出了合理性建议。
With respect to one explosion accident occurred in a chemical enterprise, serious examinations and analyses were carried out, including fabricating process analysis, micro examination of rupture section, chemical composition analysis for material, mechanical property test, energy spectrum analysis and micro metallographic analysis for fracture section. It was found that the main cause of the accident was stress corrosion induced from polythionic acid, which resulted in the crack in piping and the fluid leaked and exploded with air. Thus based on the analysis, appropriate proposal to this enterprise was provided.
