摘要
新型干法窑(即PC窑)的操作水平直接影响到窑系统的运行状况、熟料的产质量及企业的经济效益,而PC窑的煅烧操作关键是依据主要相关工艺参数来实现风、煤、料和窑速的平衡控制。文章在详细分析主要工艺参数及其相互影响和控制技术的基础上,进行了PC窑煅烧操作控制要点的归类总结。
The operation level of PC kiln relate directly to running state of kiln system, output and quality of clinker and economic benefit of enterprise. And the burning operation key of PC kiln is to control the related parameters as air, coal, meal and kiln speed at balance, The paper analysed the main technique parameters and the mutual effect and the control technology, summarized the control points of PC kiln burning operation.
