茶叶中含有约20%左右的复合多糖,但对人体具有强生理活性的脂多糖只占1%。研究表明,茶叶多糖具有防辐射、抗凝血和抗血栓、预防糖尿病等多种保健功效,茶叶多糖的制备通常可采用溶剂提取、凝胶层析、膜分离等手段。
Tea contains about 20% complex polysaccharides. Many studies have demonstrated that tea polysaccharides have effects on anti--radiation, anti--coaguation and preventing diabetes. Tea polysaccharides can be prepared by means of solvent extrac- tion, gel chromatographic separation and membrane technological separation.
