摘要
通过对茶叶浸泡提取粗多糖,经Sevage法去除粗多糖中的蛋白质,SephadexG100柱层析得纯化茶叶多糖(TPS)。以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉对其进行分析,得出此多糖是由多种单糖组成的不均一多糖。同时对茶叶在不同温度的水溶液中浸取的茶叶粗多糖进行了分析。
The crude polysaccharides were extracted from tea by soaking.by removing protein from polysaccharides and by sephadex G100 column charomotographying,the crude polysaccharides were isolated and purified.The purified tea polysaccharides were found to be unhomogeneous as judged by PAGE.An analysis of tea polysaccharides was also conducted with the tea soaked in solutions at different temperatures.
