摘要
结合动物体内抑瘤实验,从中药天冬多糖中筛选出有效部位,并首次从中分离出4种多糖,暂命名为天冬多糖A,B,C,D(Asparagus polysaccharide A,B,C,D)。经超离心,玻璃纤维素纸电泳和Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤证明均为单体。
Based on the results of in vivo antitumor tests, four new polysaccharides, namedas Asparagus polysaccharides A, B, C, D, have been isolated from the antitumoractive part of the taberous roots of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr. Theyare homogenous reopectively as judged by means of density gradient centrifugation,glass-fiber eiectrophoresis and gel filtration on Sephadex G-200.
