摘要
目的:改进栀子中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:对提取方法及提取溶剂进行比较。采用50％甲醇为提取溶剂,流动相为乙腈—水(14:86),检测波长240nm。结果:改进方法简便, 准确,为新版药典中栀子的含量测定方法提供参考依据。
Objective: To improve the determination method of gardenoside in cape Jasmine Fruit.Method: To compare the extraction method with the extraction solvent (methyl alcohol) by mobile phase ofacetonitrile aud water (14: 86 )and dectition wavelength of 240nm. Result: This improved method is sim-ple and accurate. Conclusion: This method can be used as a referencefor further study on determination ofgardenoside.
