摘要
首先利用单因素法选出了最佳碳源和最佳氮源 ,然后采用Plackett-Burman设计方法 ,筛选出了影响泰乐菌素产量的重要因素。最终对这些影响泰乐菌素产量的重要因素通过均匀设计进行优化 ,确定出各因素的最佳水平。研究结果表明 :在最佳条件下 ,弗氏链霉菌的发酵单位为 7.0g/L ,接近原培养基发酵单位 ,原料成本有所下降。同时 。
First of all, the best suitable carbon and nitrogen sources were selected through single factor experiment; then the prime factors affecting tylosin yield by means of Plackett-Burman experiment. Finally, the prime factors were optimized by uniform design experiment so as to work out their optimum level. Under these optimum culture conditions, tylosin yield was 7.0 g/l, which was almost equal to the initial medium. The cost of raw material was decreased, and the broth became more suitable for tylosin extraction.
