摘要
报导了沼泽红假单胞菌在暗纹东方育苗中应用的初步研究 .试验过程中按水体 5 0 μg/L的浓度向试验池投放沼泽红假单胞菌 ,研究该菌对育苗池水质、仔鱼育成率以及生长情况的影响 .结果表明 :5 0 μg/L的沼泽红假单胞菌可以有效去除育苗池水的COD(化学需氧量 )、N NH+ 4(氨氮 )以及N NO- 2 (亚硝氮 ) ,从而显著改善育苗池水质 ,稳定水体DO(溶氧 ) ;同时 。
The utilization of R. palustris on the cultivating of T. fasciatus fry was studied. During the experiment, we added R. palustris to the fish farming ponds with the concentration of 50?μg/L.Then we studied the effect of R. palustris on the water quality, livability and the length of the fry. The experiment showed that R. palustris with the concentration of 50?μg/L could efficiently move the COD, N-NH^+_4and N-NO^-_2 away from the water of the fish farming ponds. Consequently, the quality of the water could be improved. At the same time, the livability and the quality of the fry could be efficiently enhanced.
