环氧化酶-2与血管生成的关系 被引量：3

摘要 环氧化酶 2为一种诱导型酶 ,在正常组织中一般不表达 ,而在受到各种刺激时迅速合成。环氧化酶 2与血管生成关系密切 ,参与机体多种生理及病理过程。环氧化酶 2选择性抑制剂将成新一代抑制血管生成的药物。
