摘要
国家科技传播体系内的知识交流状况直接决定国家的知识传播和知识交流能力,也将影响到国家的科技实力和国际竞争力。本文对国家科技传播体系内知识交流的途径和现状进行了分析,并提出了相关的政策建议。作者认为,这些年来.国家科技传播体系内的知识交流虽有较大发展,但仍下活跃,知识交流的质量也不高,从长远看,这将会产重制约国家创新体系的运行和我国的技术创新,因此政府应在鼓励各行为主体进行合作研究,参与深层次技术交流,提高技术转移和知识交流的效率与质量,完善利益分享机制,加强中介服务体系建设等方面完善具体制度,采取具体措施。
The knowledge interchange condition in the national system of scientific communication is directly decided an ability of knowledge communication and knowledge interchange, will also affect the national strength and international competition ability of science and technology. This paper analyzes the present condition and channel of knowledge interchange in the national system of scientific communication and some policy are suggested. Author thinks, though, the knowledge interchange in the national system of scientific communication has greater development these years, but still not activity, the quality of knowledge interchange is also not high, and this will restrict the operation of national innovation system, therefore government should perfected specific system with specific measure and encouraged main part of the national system of scientific communication to cooperative study , raised efficiency and quality of technology and knowledge interchange, perfected mechanism of benefit - shared, reinforced the intermediary service system construction, etc.
