摘要
随着知识经济的到来 ,知识的重要性越来越显著 ,企业竞争力的提高与企业知识的存量和流量的关系更加密切 ;市场竞争的加剧 ,促使企业之间的联系更为频繁。因此 ,研究企业之间知识流动的方式及其测度 ,成为当前研究的重点 ,本文就此做了一些专门探讨。
Coming with a time of knowledge - based economy, knowledge takes more and more important role in the enterprises, and its klowledge deposit and liquidity are related to the raise of the competitiveness. But on the other hand, with the intense of market competition, the enterprises communicate more and more with each other. Therefore. it is important to study method and measurement of klowledge gain and drain among enterprises.
