摘要
抗癌中药临证选择的总的指导原则是“双符合理论” ,即所用中药在宏观上符合传统中医药理论 ,在微观上符合现代医学理论和现代中药药理学。在抗癌中药的具体临床应用上要注重分型论治、分类选药。应根据中医理论对恶性肿瘤的一些症状进行预防性治疗。由于中药对机体作用的复杂性和不确定性 ,临证更方应根据“双符合理论” ,全面考虑所用中药的药理作用、不良反应、功效主治和使用宜忌等多方面因素。在恶性肿瘤的治疗中 。
Double Accord Theory is a general guiding principle of clinical selection of anticancer chinese drugs,that chinese drugs selected macroscopically accord with traditional Chinese medicine and microscopically conform to theories of modern medicine and chinese drug pharmacology.In concrete clinical use of anticancer chinese drugs,treatment by histological types and classified selection of drugs are considered fully. On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine, prophylactic treatment should carried on for some symptoms of malignant tumors.Because of complexity and uncertainty of action of chinese drugs on bodies,many factors of pharmacological actions,reverse actions,and efficiency with main uses,contraindications for chinese drugs used should considered comprehensively in the light of 'Double Accord Theory ',when prescreptions are modifid clinically.In the treatment for malignant tumors, safeguarding functions of digestive system is highly important so that its functions are kept normal in every possible way.
