摘要
利用刚果红平板筛选法从芽孢杆菌属中筛选到 1株产 β 甘露聚糖酶的理想菌株 ,即枯草杆菌 (Bacillussub tilis)NCIMB 110 34.该菌产酶条件以槐豆胶或魔芋胶作为碳源、以酵母抽提物作为氮源、2 5℃培养 2 7h为宜 .该酶最适作用温度 6 0℃ ,最适作用pH 5 .4,6 0℃保温 3h酶活性不损失 。
A range of Bacillus subtilis strains and other Bacillus species were screened using Congo red assay for β mannanase. Bacillus subtilis NCIMB11034 ,which can produce high β mannanase, was selected from 26 strains of Bacillus . The optimal pH and temperature of β mannanase were 5.4 and 60°C, respectively. β mannanase retained 100% residual activity after 3 h incubation at 60°C.
