摘要
本文对我国现代语文教育百年历程进行系统的梳理和反思 ,指出其主要功绩是实现了由古典文人教育向现代平民教育的转型 ,达成了“言文一致”“国语统一”的目标 ,进行了卓有成效的扫盲、推普 ,初步形成了现代白话文教育规范。主要问题是基础理论研究的严重滞后 ,经验主义、工具主义与实用主义泛滥 ,“泛政治化”导致了“话语专制主义”、“以阅读为本位”的“吸收实用”型教学规范的本体论错位 ,语文应试教育与言语应用及人的言语上的自我实现严重悖离 ,“科学化”沦为“伪科学” ,语文学科沦为“伪学科” ,语文界狭隘的排外心态等。认为语文教育要走出低谷 ,成为素质教育的基础学科 ,迎接 2 1世纪信息时代的挑战 ,语文界要以开放多元的创新意识对语文教育作哲学的和学术的探究 。
This article systematically regulated and reconsidered the process of the Chinese Subject in the last 100 years ,pointed out its main contribution was having realized the transformation from classic scholar education to modern civil one, achieved the goal of 'one language across the country ','spoken language in line with written language',launched a fruitful anti illiterary and popularization compaign and taken a shape of the standard of modern vernacular education .The text also showed us that the key problems were as follows :the research of the basic theory was backward;expericism,toolism,pragmatism were prevalent ;pan politicalization caused autocratic speech ;the ontological chang of the reading oriented and pratical teaching norm;the test oriented education of the Chinese subject seriously deviated from the use of language and the peoples self realization in language;scientification;degraded into pseudo;science; the Chinese subject deteriorated into pseudo subject;the circle of the Chinese subject had a narrow exclusive attitude,etc.The text thought that the education of the Chinese subject should walk out of the dilemma and become one of the important basic quality oriented educational subject to meet the challenge presented by the 21st century Information Age,the circle of the Chinese subject should explore and make an academic and phylosophical research of the education of the Chinese subject in an open and pluralistic sense of establishing a new course .The subject is appealing for scientific attitude and rational spirit.
