摘要
叙述图书在版编目在促进图书馆编目的标准化和规范化 ,方便编目人员工作等方面所起的作用 ;同时指出由于我国在版编目推行的时间短 ,及自身存在的缺陷 ,影响了书目数据的质量 ;提出应扩大在版编目的范围 ,加强管理 ,提高质量 。
The article narrates the effect that cataloging in publication has on standardization and normalization of the cataloging in library,and explains its shortcomings and the causes form which several resolutions have been advanced to show the virtues and effects of cataloging in publication.
