摘要
文章对我国图书在版编目的正负面影响作了深入探讨,对正确认识图书在版编目的规范化与标准化以及我国现行图书在版编目工作提出了相应的建议和改进措施。
The essay has discussed the positive impacts and negative impacts of CIP,and thinks that CIP should be done by the CIP centre for pledging its accuracy and authority,besides,the CIP centre should be enriched cataloguing people;every press only need to send E-mail to the CIP centre with being published books＇ external characteristics and their contents; the CIP centre should found a net-cataloguing system,and every library need to register to be main user for obtaining digital CIP, than the CIP centre collects costs by practical loading quantity.
