小梁切除联合羊膜移植治疗难治性青光眼 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨小梁切除联合羊膜移植治疗难治性青光眼的效果。方法 对 8例 10眼难治性青光眼施行小梁切除联合羊膜移植术。随访 3~ 12月 ,平均随访 8 5月 ,观察眼压、视力及滤过泡情况。结果 随访期间除 1眼眼压 2 4 38mmHg需用药物控制外 ,其余 9眼眼压 15 88~ 2 0 5 5mmHg ,滤过泡均呈弥散型功能性滤过泡 ,视力提高 3眼。结论 小梁切除联合羊膜移植术可有效地防止滤过泡的瘢痕形成 。 Objective To explore the effect of amniotic membrane implantation and trabeculectomy in treating refractory glaucoma.Methods The combined surgery was performed on 10 eyes in 8 patients.After operation,the intraocular pressure,vision and filtration bleb were observed (mean 8.5 month) for 3~12 months.Results Intraocular pressures were controlled between 15.88~20.55 mmHg in 9 eyes,24.38 mmHg in 1 eye.Functional conjunctival blebs of filtration maintained in 10 eyes.Visual acuities improved in 3 eyes.Conclusion Trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane implantation is an effective method to maintain filtering function and to prevent scar tissue formation.
