摘要
目的:探讨生物羊膜应用于青光眼小梁切除术中治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法:将临床收治的36例(36眼)难治性青光眼患者施行小梁切除术联合巩膜瓣下生物羊膜植入术并应用可松解缝线技术,术后观察其视力、前房、滤过泡和眼压等情况。结果:术后与术前相比眼压明显降低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;滤过泡均为功能性滤过泡;视力保持不变或有所改善;并发症仅为早期浅前房和低眼压。结论:生物羊膜应用于难治性青光眼小梁切除术可有效地防止滤过泡的瘢痕组织形成,并发症少,是治疗难治性青光眼安全、有效的手术方法。
AIM: To explore the effects of trabeculectomy with biotic amniotic membrane (AMT) in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. METHODS: Thirty-six eyes of 36 patients with refractory glaucoma underwent trabeculectomy with AMT and releasable sutures. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure (lOP), anterior chamber and filtering blebs were observed.
RESULTS: The postoperative lOP significantly declined compared with preoperative value (P 〈 0. 05); All maintained functional filtering blebs; and the visual acuity kept invariable or improved. The postoperative complications mainly involved the shallow anterior chamber and ocular hypotension.
CONCLUSION: Application of AMT in trabeculectomy can prevent the filtering blebs from scar formation and the complications are rare. It is a useful and safe method for treating refractory glaucoma.
