摘要
设计出一种高碳低合金复相组织耐磨锤头 ,其组织为贝氏体、奥氏体和少量马氏体。硬度高达HRC5 8,冲击韧性为 9J/cm2 。耐磨性为铸铁锤头的 4倍、高锰钢锤头的 2倍。
A kind of high carbon and low alloy wear resistance hammer with multi phase is developed. Its structure includes bainite, austenite and a little of martensite. Its hardness can reach HRC58 and impact toughness is 9J/cm 2. The wear resistance is four times of that of cast iron hammer and doubles that of high manganese steel hammer.
