摘要
对ZGMn13Cr2Mo耐磨锤头的断裂事故进行了分析,主要原因是存在着严重的铸造缺陷:缩孔、疏松和夹杂物。水韧处理时加热温度不够高,未能把碳化物溶解,而使其保留了下来,未得到均匀的奥氏体组织。裂纹沿未溶碳化物和晶界走向开裂,说明未溶碳化物降低了晶界处结合强度。
In this paper, analysis on the fissuring accident of ZGMn13Cr2Mo antifriction tup is performed, and the reason is believed to lie in serious casting defects of shrinkage cavity, porosity and inclusion. In other words, when the water toughening process is applied, the operation temperature is not high enough, which causes some carbine is kept rather than dissolved, and uniform Austenite is not obtained. Finally, the slight crackle fissures along the direction of undissolved carbide and crystal boundary, and it is proved that undissolved carbide lowers the bond strength at the crystal boundary.
