摘要
叙述了钢基SiC颗粒增强复合材料耐磨锤头的制备工艺;分析了复合材料的显微组织及力学性能;工业实验结果:比原普通白口铸铁锤头的使用寿命提高5倍。
The process of obtainning the SiC p particle reinforced composite material has been studied; this composite material's microstructure and properties were analized.The testing results shown that the service life improving 5 times than the general white cast iron hammers.
