摘要
循环冷却水系统中传热面上CaCO3 结垢速率的有效预测 ,对于换热器的设计及防垢措施的合理选用十分必要。针对循环冷却水系统中实际存在的多种离子对及其平衡关系 ,从理论上预测了CaCO3 在传热面上的结垢速率。结果表明 ,理论预测值与实测值吻合良好。
The effective prediction of calcium carbonate scaling on heat transfer surface in circulating water system is of great importance to heat transfer equipment design and appropriate adoption of anti scale measures. In this paper, a theoretical method of calcium carbonate scaling rate prediction was proposed concerning the existence of multiple ion pairs and the corresponding solution equilibrium relationship. The scaling rates of calcium carbonate predicted were in good agreement with the experimental values.
