摘要
分析了换热设备结垢的主要影响因素 :流体性质、流体流速、材质及表面状况、温度和沸腾等。重点阐述了影响结垢诱导期的主要因素 ,包括材质、流体流速和溶液过饱和度。指出今后应深入研究流速、材质和表面状况对结垢的影响 ;研究结垢速率与晶体生长速率的关系 ;深入研究诱导期的影响因素 。
Effects of the liquid property,flow rate,material and surface characteristic,temperature and boiling on the fouling of heat transfer equipment are analyzed.Effects of three factors on fouling inducement period are discussed,including surface material,flow rate and degree of supersaturation.It is pointed out that further studies should be focused on effects of the flow rate,materical and surface characteristic on fouling,the relation of fouling rate with crystal growth rate,as well as factor effecting on fouling inducement period to seek effective methods of anti fouling.
