摘要
油田生产过程中的结垢严重地影响油田的正常生产和开发效果。大庆油田采油四厂三元复合驱区块采出井结垢较为严重,所结的垢不溶于酸碱。为解决这一问题,采用高压物模试验装置,模拟该油田的现场结垢情况,通过对结垢储层岩心渗透率和岩心的化学元素组成的分析,对该油田的结垢成因进行了综合分析和阐述,从而为制定有效的除垢和防垢措施奠定了理论基础。
Scaling often has serious influences on the normal production and development in the process of oilfield production.The problem of scaling became severe in the fourth plant of Daqing Oilfield after ASP flooding was applied.The scale does not dissolve in acid or alkali.In order to solve this problem,a high pressure physical model device was applied to simulate the scaling in the field.Based on analysis of the permeability and chemical elements of the core in the scaling reservoir,the reason for scaling was analyzed and expounded comprehensively,thereby providing theoretical basis for descaling and anti-scaling measures.
