摘要
骨髓正常造血是在骨髓造血微环境的支持下,通过造血干细胞的自我维持以及造血祖细胞的大量增殖及分化为基础的活动过程。近年来研究证实骨髓造血微环境的损伤及造血细胞因子分泌紊乱是再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)发生的重要原因。白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是骨髓基质细胞所分泌的多种细胞因子中的一种,在免疫应答、急性期反应、造血调节等过程中都发挥重要作用。综述IL-6在再生障碍性贫血骨髓造血调控方面的研究进展。
Normal bone marrow hematopoiesis is the process of self-sustaining of the hematopoietic stem cells, the expansion and differentiation of the hematopoietic progenitor cells, with the support of the hematopoietic mi- croenvironment Recent studies have demonstrated that the impairment of the bone marrow hematopoietic mi- croenvironment and the turbulence of excretion of hematopoietic regulatory cytokines is the major cause of the generation of Aplastic Anemia (AA). Interleukin-6(IL-6)is one of the cytokines secreted by bone marrow stromal cells. It plays an important role in the immune response, the acute phase response, hematopoietic regulation, and other processes. In this paper, recent progress on the bone marrow hematopoietic regulational function of IL-6 in aplastic anemia was reviewed.
