摘要
生物测定结果表明 ,蒌蒿 (Artemisia selengensis) 精油对菜青虫具有较强的拒食和胃毒作用 ,而触杀作用较弱 ,无熏蒸作用。应用 GC/ MS/ DS鉴定了精油化学成分主要为桉叶油素 (37.76 % )、龙脑(15 .87% )、樟脑 (12 .34% )、金合欢烯 (10 .5 0 % )和香草醛 (7.12 % )。
The results of bioassays showed that the essential oil from Artemisia selengensis had very strong antifeeding and stomach, slight contact ,and no fumigation action against the larvae of Pieris rapae Its main components analysed by capillary GC/MD/DS techniques were cineole(37 76%),camphor(15 87%),bomeol(12 34%),farnesene(10 50%)and citronellal(7 12%)
