摘要
应用GC/MS/DS鉴定了艾蒿和野艾蒿精油化学成分。鉴定出艾蒿37个化合物,主要成分为桉叶油素(39.57%)、樟脑(5.52%)、龙脑(8.46%)、胡椒脑(7.29%)、α-毕澄茄烯等。野艾蒿精油鉴定出33个化合物,主要成分为桉叶油素(20.96%)、金合欢烯(14.04%)、樟脑(7.35%)、2,6,6-三甲基,2,4-环庚二烯酮-1(10.61%)、香草醛(7.66%)。这两种蒿属植物精油都含有较多的桉叶油素、樟脑和龙脑。
The essential oils of Artemisia argyl L. and Artemisia lavanduiaefolia DC. were analysed by capillary GC/MS/DS techniques. The 37 compounds which accounted to 93.17% of A.argyl essential oils had been indentified. The mian components of them were cineol(39.57%),camphor(5.52%),borneol(8.46%),piperitol(7.29%) and α cadirene(6.72%). The 33 compounds which acceuited to 87.21% of A.lavanduiaefolia essential oils had been indentified. The main components of them were cineol( 20.96% ), farnesene(14.04%), camphor(7.35%), 2,6,6 trimetyl 2,4 cycloheptadien 1 one (10.61%) and citronellal (7.66%). The cineol and camphor were the mian essential oil components of these two plants.
