摘要
目的 :研究非 4℃条件下保存血液进行临床输注的可行性 ,为野战条件下血液保存及临床应用提供依据。方法 :采集 9名健康志愿者的全血 ,用CPDA保存液 2 8℃保存 3d ,经检测符合输注质量要求后回输 ,观察输注效果和对志愿者有无不良影响。结果 :志愿者临床输注达到提高血红蛋白 (P <0 0 1)的目的 ,并且没有不良反应。结论 :非
Objective:In order to provide dependences for blood preservation and it's clinical use in battle fields,we studied the feasibility of whole blood transfusionafter storedat non 4℃ Methods:We collected 9 volunteers' whole blood, then have stored them at 28℃for 3 days At the end of 3 days, transfused eachself Results:The hemoglobinincreased in the volunteers blood sample and there is no adverse reactions Conclusion:The whole blood thatstored at non 4℃ can be transfused
