摘要
提出21世纪图书馆进行变革的思路:①坚持理论创新与业务创新、发展创新并举;②从“能做什么”到“应该做什么”是图书馆变革的出发点;③要真正树立“读者为本”的思想原则,并确立人才是图书馆发展第一资源的观念。
Makes a study on library changes in the 21st century, and points out that the innovation of theory, profession and development should be done together; the starting point of library renovation should be 'what should be done' ; the principle of 'reader-oriented' should be truly established, and the qualified personnel is the first priority in developing libraries.
