摘要 目的探讨宫颈糜烂激光治疗的最佳方法。方法对 30 4例宫颈糜烂病人采用 Nd:YAG激光对整个糜烂面施行间距点状凝固治疗。结果术后 3个月治愈率 88.8% ,总有效率 10 0 % ,其中轻、中、重度之间和单纯型、颗粒型、乳突型之间差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,术后少许血性分泌物占 1.9%。结论激光点状凝固治疗宫颈糜烂的功率密度和能量密度小 ,对宫颈组织损伤少 ,术后并发症和复发率低 ;细致的护理观察在激光点状凝固创新方法的研究、应用中起到了良好的作用。 Objective To investigate the optimal method of laser therapy in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 304 cases of cervical erosion received Nd:YAG spot coagulation treatment. Results Three months after treatment, the cured rate was 88 8 % and the total effective rate 100 %. There was no significant difference in cure rate among mild, moderate and serious types or among simple, granular an papillary of cervical erosion ( P >0 05). Few complications after operation occurred.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser spot coagulation therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of cervical erosion with a little damage to tissue and few complications.
