摘要
目的 探讨 CO2 激光治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 应用 CO2 激光对 5 0 4例患宫颈糜烂的患者进行了治疗 ,凝固间距 2～ 3 mm,光斑直径 2～ 3 mm,CO2 激光密度 1 42～ 2 1 4W/cm2 ,能量密度 71 4～ 1 0 71 J/cm2 。结果 5 0 4例宫颈糜烂患者术后 2个月 ,治愈率 90 % ,总有效率 1 0 0 .0 % ,轻、中、重度之间和单纯型 ,颗粒型 ,乳突型之间的治愈率差异无显著意义(P>0 .0 5 ) ,术后并发少许血性分泌物占 1 .9%。结论 CO2 激光治疗宫颈糜烂效果好 ,对宫颈组织损伤小 ,术后基本无并发症 。
Objective To investigate the effect of CO 2 laser in treatment of cervical erosion Methods 504 patients with cervical erosion were treated by CO 2 laser coagulation every 2 to 3 mm Spot diameter, Pawer density and energy density of CO 2 laser were 2 to 3 mm, 142～214 W/cm 2 and 714～1 071 J/cm 2 respectively Results Cure ratio of 504 patents was 90.0% and the total effective rate was 100.0% There was no significant difference among cure ratio in the treatment of low, middle and high grade; simple, granular and papillary of cervical erosion ( P >0.05, respectively) A ferv of complications were observed affer the procedures Conclusion CO 2 laser therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of cervical erosion with a small injury of tissue and few of complications
