摘要
目的:寻找更有效治疗常见妇科疾病———宫颈糜烂的方法,对提高激光治疗该病的一次性治愈率及影响疗效的因素进行分析探讨。方法:使用CO2激光15~20W,功率密度4777~7962J/cm2,Nd:YAG激光30~35W,功率密度12000~16000J/cm2,激光刀以接触或非接触式对病灶进行凝固汽化。结果:其中CO2激光治疗155例,一次治愈87例(561%),二次治愈68例(439%)。Nd:YAG激光治疗229例,一次治愈212例(9258%),二次治愈17例(742%),结果显示Nd:YAG激光一次治愈率明显高于CO2激光。结论:不同类型与不同程度的宫颈糜烂应选用不同光源的激光器,对宫颈糜烂伴发的湿疣、息肉。
Aim: Attempts were made to find a more effective method to treat the common gynecological disease-cervical erosion, to analyze and investigate the cure rate with one treatment by the laser system and the factors affecting the therapeutic effects. Methods: There were 2 different types of Laser systems, which were applied with the laser probes to coagulate and vaporize the foci with or without contact. The CO 2 laser system was applied, set at 15~20 watts with a power density of 477 7~796 2 J/cm 2, while the Nd:YAG was applied, set at 30~35 watts with a power density of 12 000~16 000 J/cm 2.Results: Of the 384 cases, 155 were treated by the CO 2 laser system with 87 cured cases after 1 treatment (56 1%) and with 68 treatments (43.9%), while 229 were treated by the Nd:YAG lases system with 212 cases after 2 cured cured cases after 1 treatment (92 58%) and with 17 cured cases after 2 treatments (7 42%). These results revealed a significantly higher cure rate of one treatment with the Nd:YAG laser system over the CO 2 laser system. Conclusion: Different kinds of laser systems should be considered to be applied for different types and different degrees of cervicitis, while cervical condyloma, polyp, cystis and myoma accompanied with cervical erosion also should be treated at the same time so as to shorten the course of treatment and improve the therapeutic effects.
