摘要
为了探索原位杂交在感染组织中鉴定念珠菌种属的应用,采用探针O20对实验小鼠白念珠菌感染组织和可疑念珠菌感染的临床组织病理标本进行了原位杂交检测,并与PAS染色和免疫组织化学染色进行了对照。结果显示探针O20可特异性检出组织中白念珠菌和热带念珠菌,与PAS染色和免疫组织化学染色一致。由此可见,原位杂交为组织中确定真菌和鉴定真菌种属提供了新的可靠方法,有助于临床诊断和流行病学研究。
To set up hybridization in situ methods which can identify opportunistic fungi in tissue,probe O20was used on infected mice and clinical specimens.PAS and immu nostaining with polyclonal anti-Candida albicans antibody were used as control.The re sults revealed that probe O20could specifically confirm Candida albicans,Candida tropicalis in infected mice tissues and clinica l speci-mens,and coincide with the results o f PAS and immunostaining.The presen t studies demonstrated that hybridi zation in situ was a new and reliable method to discover and t o identify fungi in infected tissue a nd would be widely used in diagnosis a nd epidemiology study of fungal infections.
