真菌感染性皮肤肉芽肿病变病原学诊断进展 被引量:4

The progress of etiological diagnosis of dermato-granulomatous lesions caused by fungous infection

摘要 真菌感染性皮肤肉芽肿病变的诊断大多依据直接镜检、真菌培养、鉴定及组织病理检查,特别在首报病例的诊断中培养和组织病理检查的作用无可替代。免疫组化及以PCR为基础的分子诊断实验技术多见于回顾性诊断报道,尚未广泛应用于临床初诊。皮肤损害并发系统性真菌感染者可用血清学方法辅助诊断。
