摘要
目的 :对 981[1] 做拆方研究 ,探讨两组小复方对消退家兔动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法 :用免疫损伤合并高胆固醇造成AS模型。随机分为拆方 1号 (补肾益气 )、拆方 2号 (补虚养阴 )、补阳还五、蒲黄、硝苯地平、空白对照共 6组。结果 :1号方对消退兔胸主动脉、冠状动脉内膜脂质润浸有显著疗效 ,明显优于各对照组 ,并能明显降低心、肝、脑组织MDA含量和升高心、脑组织SOD的活性 ;对升高HDL、apoA1和降低apoB10 0 值也有明显疗效。结果 :1号方治疗家兔动脉粥样硬化有显著疗效 ,明显优于补虚养阴、活血化瘀、益气活血组 ;钙离子拮抗剂 (硝苯地平 )
Objective:To observe the effects of two different components in \!Meridian\_strengthening 981\' on Atherosclerosis in Rabbits.Method:Atherosclerotic in rabbits models were induced by immune damage and high cholesterol feed the experimental rabbits were divided in to Bushen Yiqi group,Bnxu yang yin group and with Buyang Huanwu group,Pu Huang group,Nifedipinum group as control group,Results:compared with other groups Bu shen Yiqi Recipe coued attenuate atherosclerotic damagcs in aorta thoracalis and corandmy atevies,and the levels of MDA concentiations in hearte Liver and brain tissues,the plasma apoB100 wcu deceased,while the plasma HDL and apoA1 tcuel mere Inalased plasma HDL,apoA1 levels.Conclusion:Bushen Yiqi recipe is more effective than other groups such as Buxu yangying Hwoxue Hua Yu and Yiqi Huoxue recipes on atherosclerosis in rabbits.Nifedipinum is also effective for atherosclerosis treatment.
