摘要
目的 观察茵陈、赤芍、三棱、淫羊藿对低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰的抑制作用。方法 选生长良好的兔胸主动脉传代培养平滑肌细胞(Smooth muscle cell,SMC)(4~5代),将不同浓度茵陈、赤芍、三棱、淫羊藿提取物加入SMC培养液中与低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein,LDL)、Cu^(2+)孵育,测定培养液丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平。结果 茵陈、赤芍、三棱、淫羊藿各组培养液MDA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 一定浓度的茵陈、赤芍、三棱、淫羊藿提取物抑制LDL氧化修饰。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of artemisia capillaris thunb(ACT)、radix
paeonia rabrae (RPR)、spargrnium buch-ham (SBH) and epimedium brevicornum maxim
(EBM) on the LDL-C oxidation. Methods 4~5 th passage culture of aortic SMCs from 6 rab-
bits were used, ACT, RPR, SBH and EBM were added into the medium of cultured SMCs
with LDL-C and Cu^(2+). Results Compared with control group, the MDA level decreased in
groups of ACT, RPR, SBH and EBM(P<0. 01). Conlusion ACT, RPR, SBH and EBM could in-
hibite LDL-C oxidation.
