摘要
目的 研究腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能不全型 (以下简称VPI)异常语音的语图表现和音声特征。方法 应用美国Kay 780 0语图仪分析系统 ,对 39例腭裂术后患者中腭咽闭合不全的异常语图与 30例正常语图进行比较分析。结果 VPI患者的异常几乎以辅音为主 ,VPI异常语图主要有5种类型 ,以辅音残缺和鼻化构音多见 ,起声时间 (简称VOT)短缺 ,明显低于正常构音值。结论 VPI的异常语图和音声特征研究 ,为临床评判、治疗腭咽闭合功能不全 。
Objective To study the phonetic features of postoperative cleft palate patients with velopharyngeal incompetence (VPI). Methods\ Using Kay7800 sound spectrograph the phonetic features of 39 postoperative cleft palate patients were analyzed and compared with 30 normal subjects. Results\ There are five types of abnormal spectrogram in VPI patients .The consonantal mutilation and heavy nasality are a common sight. A voice onset time appeared earlier then normal. Conclusion\ The features of spectrogram of velopharyngeal incompetence provided objective basis for clinical evaluation and treatment of patients with VPI.
