摘要
本文对４４例可摘式发音辅助器（Ｓ－Ａ）治疗的病例，就适应证，Ｓ－Ａ咽塞的位置，Ｓ－Ａ和语音治疗等方面的内容进行了研究。认为，Ｓ－Ａ可作为非手术治疗方法用于ＶＰＩ的患者，同时必须结合语音训练才能改善语音功能。
44 cases was treated by prosthetic speech aid appliance (S-A) has studied. This paper descsibed its indication, the location pointed of hard phonation and the treament of speech learning. The result shows that speech aid appliance (S-A) may using on the non surgical treatment of the velopharyngeal incompetence patients, and for improving the function of phonation. We considered it must be combined speech learming treatment at the same time.
