摘要
目的研究语音训练对腭裂修复术后患儿语音清晰度表达能力的影响。方法22例行腭裂修复术的患儿,术后均进行系统的语音训练。比较患儿语音训练前、语音训练3个月后、语音训练6个月后语音清晰度。结果语音训练前,患儿语音清晰度为(32.54±4.13)分;语音训练3个月后,患儿语音清晰度为(74.54±6.13)分;语音训练6个月后,患儿语音清晰度为(76.51±7.23)分。语音训练3、6个月后,患儿语音清晰度均高于语音训练前,差异具有统计学意义(t=26.652、24.769,P=0.000、0.000<0.05);语音训练3个月后,患儿语音清晰度与语音训练6个月比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.975,P=0.335>0.05)。结论腭裂修复术后患儿经过3、6个月的语音训练后较语音训练前语音清晰度表达能力明显提高;经6个月训练后语音清晰度有进一步好转,但3个月语音训练与6个月语音训练的语音清晰度没有明显差别。
Objective To study the effect of speech training on speech intelligibility children after cleft palate repair.Methods All 22 children with cleft palate repair underwent systematic speech training after surgery.The children's speech intelligibility before speech training,3 months after speech training,and 6 months after speech training were compared.Results Before speech training,the children's speech intelligibility was(32.54±4.13)points;after 3 months of speech training,the children's speech intelligibility was(74.54±6.13)points;after 6 months of speech training,the children's speech intelligibility was(76.51±7.23)points.After 3 and 6 months of speech training,the children's speech intelligibility was higher than that before speech training,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.652,24.769;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the speech intelligibility after 3 months of speech training compared with that after 6 months of speech training(t=0.975,P=0.335>0.05).Conclusion After cleft palate repair,the children's speech intelligibility after 3 and 6 months of speech training are significantly improved compared with those before speech training;After 6 months of training,speech intelligibility is further improved,but there is no significant difference in speech intelligibility between 3 months of speech training and 6 months of speech training.
