摘要
介绍了管式薄膜蒸汽闪蒸脱挥装置的结构及特点 ,通过管式薄膜蒸汽闪蒸脱挥中试 ,对温度、真空度、水蒸气、胶乳中氯丁残留量等影响CR -2 4 4氯丁胶乳脱挥的因素进行了试验 ,着重考察了水蒸气在传热、传质中的作用。结果表明 ,管式薄膜蒸汽闪蒸脱挥装置操作条件温和 ,适用于机械稳定性差的胶乳脱挥 ;适宜的脱挥温度为 5 5~ 60℃ ,压力 1 5~ 2 5kPa;蒸汽流量增加 ,可强化传热传质过程 。
This paper introduc as the structure and kinetic state of tubular-film-steam flashing process which is used for remove residual monomer from CR-244 neoprene latex.The effect of temperature pressure,operating condition on devolatilizing was involved.The benefit of steam in process was a nalyzed in aspect of heat-translation and work of expansion.The result shows th at the operating condition of the tubular-film-steam flashing apparatus is mil d;the suitable develatilized temperatur is 55~60℃;the suitable pressure is 15 ~25kPa;Increasing flow of steam is helpful to the flashing.
