摘要
用 β-三芳基锗 -α(β) -取代丙酸与 1 -乙氧基 -2 ,8,9-三氧杂 -5 -氮杂 -1 -硅杂三环 [3 ,3 ,3 ,0 1 5]十一碳烷反应 ,合成了 1 2种含硅锗的双金属有机化合物。利用IR、NMR和MS表征了化合物的结构和裂解机制。生物活性测定表明 。
s:Twelve organo-metalic compounds containing germa nium and silicon were synthesized by reaction of β-triarylgermanium- α(β)-substituted propionic acid with 1-ethoxy-2,8,9-t rioxa-5-aza-1-silatrane.Their structure were characterized by means of IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis.The MS fragment mechanism was proposed.The preliminary bioassay tests showed that their bacterial activities had some selectivities.
