通过乙氧基杂氮硅三环上基团的交换反应 ,合成了 5种烷氧基杂氮硅三环化合物 ,并初步探讨了反应条件的影响 ,认为选择KOH固体为催化剂、丙酮作溶剂可以使反应更充分 ;适宜的湿度能够避免副反应的发生 ;
