摘要
本文报道用六种小鼠移植性肿瘤研究了杂氮硅三环希夫碱化合物Ｖ的抗肿瘤作用。结果表明：化合物Ｖ对Ｓ—１８０实体型，ＬⅡ、艾氏腹水癌，Ｓ—１８０腹水型有显著的抗肿瘤活性，对Ｈｅｐ，Ｌ６１５疗效不显著。
Antitumor activity
of
silicatrane schiff base compound V on six transpla ntable tumor
system in mice was investigated. The result showed that this
compound possessedsignicant antitumor activity of S 180 solid
form,L2, Ehrlich ascites tumor S 180 ascites form.the compound V
showed no apparent effect on Hep and L615.
