The synthesis of nitrofen under microwave irradiation

摘要 目的 微波辐射对合成除草醚收率的影响。方法 利用微波炉加热对氯硝基苯和 2 ,4 二氯苯酚及取代酚合成除草醚及其同系物。结果 与常规加热方法相比较 ,本法反应速度快 ,收率高 ,副产物少 ,操作简便。结论 微波辐射对芳香族的亲核取代反应有显著的催化作用 ,能高效、简便、经济地合成除草醚。 Objective effect of the yield of nitrofen were synthesized under microwave irradiation.Methods The reactions of p chloro nitrobenzene and phenolates were performed by means of microwave irradiation.Results All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1HNMR and MS. the method has the advantage of high yield, short reaction time and simple in operation.Conclusions microwave irradiation to nucleophilic substitution of arommatic compounds has striking catalystic atction, It shows that the ynthesis of nitrofen were efficient,simple and economical.
