摘要
通过大量实验探讨确定了相转移催化合成邻乙氧基苯酚的适宜反应条件为:反应温度为80℃;反应时间为6个小时;氯乙烷的流量为55m l/m in;催化剂的用量为邻苯二酚质量的1.3%.在这种条件下,邻乙氧基苯酚的转化率为80%,回收率为66%.
This paper describes a new process for the preparation of ethoxy-phenol with catechol and chloroethan as materials and PTC catalysts and under atomospheric pressure. Experiments are conducted to explore the influence of reaction parameters on the yield of ethoxy-phenol, suitable reaction condition is obtained as fol- lows: Reaction temperature: 80℃; Reaction time: 6h, the race of chloroethane is 55ml/min; Catalyst: 1.3% ; and at this conditions. The conversion of catechol is 80% ; yield of ethoxy-phenol is 66% . This method is characterized by eonvenient operation, easy-operating, small pollution. This achievement is practically important for the synthesis of ethoxy-phenol.
