摘要
研究了新显色剂 2 四氮唑偶氮 5 二乙氨基酚 (简称TTZAPN)与铋 的显色反应条件。结果表明 ,铋 在 pH6 0的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,与TTZAPN形成组成比为 1∶2的稳定紫色络合物 ,λmax为 53 5nm ,试剂的λmax为 43 0nm ,对比度Δλ =1 0 5nm ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 3 80× 1 0 4,Bi 在 0～ 1 6mg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,所拟方法用于合金样品及合成工业废水中微量铋的测定 ,结果满意。
In this paper,the conditi on of color reaction of a new reag ent 2-tetrazolylazo-5-diethylamino phenol(TTAZPN)with Bi*# is reporte d.Results show that the TTZAPN rea cts with Bi*#to form a stable pur ple complex(1∶2)in the buffer solu tion of HAc-NaAc(pH6.0).The wavele ngth of maximum absorption and app arent molar absorptivity is 535nm and 3.80×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 respecti vely.Beer′s law is obeyed in the ra nge of 0-1.6mg Bi*#/L.The method has been applied to the direct det ermination of bismuth in practical samples with satisfactory results.
