摘要
研究了新有机试剂2-(1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(TZAPN)与Fe(Ⅲ)的显色反应。(Ⅲ)在pH7.0的NH4Ac级冲溶液中与GZAPN形成稳定的组成比为1:3的紫色络合物,其表现摩尔吸光系数为5.41x104.Fe(Ⅲ)在0-10ug/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。所拟方法用于纯用和铝合金标样中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
In this paper,theconditions of colour reaction of new reagent 2-(1,3,4-triazolylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol with iron are reported. Results show that the new colour reagent reacts with Fe(Ⅲ)to form a stable purplecomplex(1:3)in the presence of NH4Ac(pH7.0).The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are570nm and 5.41x104L·mol-1·cm-1,respectively.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10ug Fe(Ⅲ)per 25ml.The method has been applied to the direct determination of iron in pure aluminium and aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
