摘要
研究了新显色剂 2 四氮唑偶氨 5 二乙氨基酚 (简称TZADAP)与V 的显色反应的条件。结果表明 ,在 pH 5 0的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,TZADAP与V 形成稳定的红色络合物 ,λmax=5 3 0nm ,试剂的λmax为 43 0nm ,Δλ为 10 0nm ,络合比为1:2 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 3 2 1× 10 4。V 在 0~ 0 8mg/L范围内服从比尔定律。在掩蔽剂作用下 ,可不经分离直接测定铝合金样品及合成废水中的钒 ,结果满意。
